This course is designed for ladies between the ages 18 and up. In this class the students will learn how to develop power, presence and confidence and how to create their own fashion flair. In this course the student will learn the proper way to walk; sitting down and standing up gracefully; how to climb the stairs; how to bend to pick up something from the floor; how to put on and remove the coat and jacket, how to put on and remove the glasses in a feminine way; and how to open and close the umbrella stylishly. Also it includes runway techniques; body language; public speaking; grooming skills; make up; dressing for success; nutrition and exercise. The class involves role playing and participation of all students is expected. The students need to dress formal clothes for this class and formal shoes (high heels). The length of the course is 2 hours. A certificate will be awarded at the end of the course.
